ServCore is a digital services marketplace that connects clients with digital service providers. Services include, but are not limited to, email infrastructure setup, document generation, API integrations, and developer simulation environments.
Certain services on this platform are clearly designated as simulation or demonstration environments. All outputs from simulation services will bear the watermark: "FOR DEMO / TESTING PURPOSES ONLY". These services are intended exclusively for development, testing, and educational purposes. They must not be used to misrepresent or deceive any third party.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
All prices are displayed in USD. Payment must be completed before order processing begins. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for orders where service has not been delivered. Custom-quoted orders that have been accepted and paid are non-refundable unless delivery fails entirely.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any dispute arising shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through binding arbitration.
