By accessing and using ServCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

2. Description of Services

ServCore is a digital services marketplace that connects clients with digital service providers. Services include, but are not limited to, email infrastructure setup, document generation, API integrations, and developer simulation environments.

3. Simulation Services

Certain services on this platform are clearly designated as simulation or demonstration environments. All outputs from simulation services will bear the watermark: "FOR DEMO / TESTING PURPOSES ONLY". These services are intended exclusively for development, testing, and educational purposes. They must not be used to misrepresent or deceive any third party.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Payments and Refunds

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment must be completed before order processing begins. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for orders where service has not been delivered. Custom-quoted orders that have been accepted and paid are non-refundable unless delivery fails entirely.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use this platform to:

  • Engage in any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
  • Use simulation outputs to deceive or defraud third parties
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing or spam activity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on this platform is the property of ServCore or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ServCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any dispute arising shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through binding arbitration.
